Bill's bringing us to new heights…close encounters of the fifth kind. And the "rational" one on there comes across something that "rocks his skepticism" So…there are things that can make you lose your ability to examine evidence for what it is?

Heck, people have been having close encounters of the 5th kind for centuries
… 5th of Rum, 5th of Jack, 5th of Scotch ….
- and all he needs for someone to "rock his skepticism" is a network exec across the table with the " You're Canceled" look in his eye.

I know! I saw that last night when I was wondering what the heck "fifth kind" referred to. The 4th and 5th appear to be "apocryphal" and not part of the original 3…I bet Spielberg is upset that his was not the ultimate movie on encounters now! There are probably varying degrees within those "kinds" too, depending upon how far the probe gets put!

WOW! I agree with you Nos, could you imagine being abducted by a shipload of alien urologists on their way to a medical convention in the NGC 5866 galaxy?
I 'whimper' at the thought.

Well, If you had a major problem that required a urologist, and the best ones on earth couldn't help you, you may be in luck!

So…. an old picture – circa 1965 – showing a man wearing a dark suit 'proves' Men In Black are real. Because after that b/w photo was taken and the photographer 'drove around the block' the Man In Black (or was it dark blue? Or brown? Or purple? We'll never know because the photo was in BLACK AND WHITE!) had 'vanished' into thin air. Oh, and the car he was standing next to was gone, too. So if that doesn't prove the Man In Black (and the car) simply dissolved, I don't know what does. Oh, and some fame-hungry Elvis-wannabe had an ALIEN dressed in black tell him "we'll be back" before beaming up in a ray of light. I wonder if he had an accent like Ahhhnold?
And there are limestone tunnels connecting all the military bases in AZ and NV. (I guess they won't be plagued with ghosts, then. Limestone repeals ghost, right? Or does it attract them? I need to keep notes.)
Oh, and military helicopters flying over a Military Base proves something unusual. Not sure what, though….
I would like to reach through the TV screen and slap those idiot sunglasses of off Bill's face. *takes a deep breath* *hums… Serenity Now.*
I will now go decorate my Festivus Pole.

Mary,
I agree with you completely. A black and white photo of a guy dressed in "black" in a doorway circa 1965! Wow! Most men wore black/dark brown suits like that back and they still do. What a surprise. It could have been anyone standing there. The Elvis guy was just ridiculous. The rest was a waste of time. Oh, and I loved the part where they met that author on a road supposedly in the "woods" of NJ. No license plates on the vehicles. Yeah, sure.
I do have one question though. There were two hour episodes back to back. The Men in Black and then the Area 52. Were they supposedly connected? Was that supposed to be a 2 hour special episode? The reason I ask is because one of the same "witnesses" was on both episodes which caught my eye. There was a supposedly former law enforcement officer who gave his accountings on both shows. In The Men in Black episode he was wearing a cap but in the Area 52, he wasn't. Any idea?

I confess. I didn't watch the second hour. I went to bed. LOL!
But I do have to add something about those 'dead' UFO investigator/author guys that were 'killed off' by the MIB. They looked rather old, and not 'young' like the Utah weirdo was describing them. Yes, people DO die. EVERYBODY dies. Heart attacks. Strokes. Blood clots. It sounds to me like they all died of natural causes. I know of two people that had knee surgery and died of blood clots! And they were both in their 50's. So it is not all that odd. And if the MIB kill off everyone that investigates them, why is the Utah dude still alive and kicking?

Honestly…after their interview with him, I was expecting them to leave and as they pull away the house would explode or something.

This just in – MiB3 will start shooting in 2010! Is this a coincidence, or what?
Why do Sunglass Bill's MIB have to kill people that know too much, anyway? Don't they have those cool light flashes that erase memory?

Because the sunglasses Bill wears were reversed-engineered from evidence taken from Area 51 and they protect Bill against the flashy-thingy (which I believe is the scientifically correct terminology according to MiB 101). So, for those brave investigators who possess this special alien hardware, death is the only option to keep them silent about all the truths they uncover.

This show has totally gone over the edge.
MIB's, if you're reading this.
I vote for 'Kill Bill…Vol.3'.

I loved their theory that Area 51 was now such an intensely watched area that they now moved to Area 52 and declared that area just as suspicious without any evidence. By the time they finish, all New Mexico will be deemed suspicious. Then again ….

These guys are close…a lot of activity is now taking place at Area 52, but they don't know the whole story like I do and like I reported over a half year ago here (see second post down):

But Nosfer, you were over by thissssssssss much. "All the real good stuff takes place over at Area 53 "
Ah, what the heck, it was probably them. Area 53 is probably much more secret than 51 and 52 or is 53 the entire State? OMG I could have moved there! That puts everything that happened in perspective now!
