Another one that should be in the UFO General Discussion area, but alas…
Footage was taken by three guards at the US Ambassador's residence. The three gaurds are part of an anti-aircraft regiment so HOPEFULLY have some experience with aerial objects. They say the lights moved in a way that no conventional aircraft could, although from the footage, I don't really see any astonishing aerial acrobatics.

Wow. That video lookied like he was looking at a planet or a star. I didn't see anything special. There may have been some movement on it, but without a point of reference, it could have been the camera man moving about.

Yeah, I saw lights on a video taken by a camera phone. No reference points, although the article does acknowledge that fact. I will concede the supposed expertise of the eye-witnesses and not dismiss them immediately. Yet…we are left with, as always, slipshod evidence.
Is it an unidentified flying object? Well, it's unidentified. Whether it's flying or if it's even an object…can't tell. So as for "UFO's" as in alien space craft…yeah…I'm going to need that ship as proof. No way around it…

Definitely would like to see the ship and be able to class it as an IFO…although I'll be generous and give them that it's a UFO in the strictest definition. From where they are I think it would have been difficult to get much of a ground reference in the shot but it would really help the claims of it acting like no conventional aircraft. It does dart around but as Bobarino said, looks more like a result of camera movement than anything else.

Thanks for the link Nosfer, I can play it now.
Three points of light with camera movement is all I see. Could be anything.
