Pretty interesting, looks like a meteor but the description doesn't seem to match an action of one…It says there are 4 pictures of this object from a phone but I only really see 1 picture. Looking for the rest

Correction:  What is presented as the second picture, may actually just be the long shot from which the close-up was taken.

I think that is the only picture he posted….but apparently there was a known NEO that may have been shedding material around that time.  A lot of blog talk about green fireballs attributed to it:

Edited to say I found two other pictures.  Not that useful.  Here is what he says:

Here is a picture of the smoke from the object dissipating about 3-5 minutes later at cloud level, this is after I parked and got out of my car.
