I'm not sure the word "other" is necessary in his statement :) Always when it is raining heavily, never in clear skies. That is convenient…during clear skies there would be much more likely a chance that someone would see the fireball coming in and give him corroborating testimony.

One of the comments says something about "IF they are even meteorites" Well, it does appear that they've been confirmed to be meteorites, but I'd like to see some photos of the damage.
