I occasionally hear stories of people who have difficulty selling houses because of laws requiring disclosure of the fact that they're ghost-infested. I've considered hanging a shingle and offering a Skeptic Service "proving" that the house in question isn't haunted. They should be happy to offer me 10% of the price difference, right?

Of course, since the Skeptic Rays ™ keep ghosts away, I'd also be willing to make periodic visits to a formerly haunted property to keep the haunts from getting out of hand.
