Hmmm…
It's weird, but…not exactly seeing the paranormal angle.
First, we have the radio signal. Definitely earth-bound. Is it weird? Yeah. But…so are people. I'm not looking for signs of the after-life in a SSTV signal.
Then, we have the "Blair Witch" stick figures/shrines. I'm not really aware of the significance of them. No clue if they're traditionally cautionary in nature (warning of evil spirits), a marker of sorts telling people exactly where evil spirits are, if there's another meaning, or…just completely fake. Whatever the case, we would need to know the exact location, and if there are American Indians living near by as well as colleges (if I thought of the Blair Witch movie, then it's reasonably to assume that others have too and would perhaps do a bit of hoaxing).
Lastly…the "screams." Animals, birds, wind…same hoaxers building the stick figures…anything really.
So, if you believe that the people involved in this are above board and just kind of interested and messing around, then cool. That could be fun. But…if they're trying to promote this as something "paranormal"….well, I just think that we're going to need a touch more evidence…
