Amazing indeed.  Thanks for the link.

This is an excellent example of the wonders of nature.  Something that I can truly appreciate and admire.  Yet…as a skeptic, I am constantly referred to as "negative."  Show me something real, something cool, and something unique and I'm all over it.  This dolphin is real, as in, substantiated by science.  Albino-ism is well documented in the species.  It's extremely rare and absolutely beautiful.  No negativity there.

Why do I bring this up?  That newly released Bigfoot 8mm film.  Blah.  I mean, fine, I looked at it and I come away with nothing but questions.  A dark figure in fog in a cornfield for a couple of seconds on old grainy film.  My eyebrow raises and I get "that look."  The look that says "When I say I want 'proof'…um, this isn't it."  I become awash in a sea of negativity.

My point?  Look for Bigfoot all you want, and good luck with that.  But don't miss out on everything else around you.  There are infinitely cooler things that are actually real.  I'd much rather go to that Louisiana shipping channel and check out the pink dolphin then trounce around the woods looking for Bigfoot.  I mean how many times in your life will you be able to see a pink dolphin?  As for Bigfoot…a few grainy film clips, some out of focus photos, a ton of dubious at best plaster casts, and a million "I know it wasn't a bear" sightings.  I'll take my chances with the dolphin.

Oh…and one of my favorite albino animal pictures.  Just love this one…kind of gothic in a way.

Just found this…

Not to be out-done by South Korea's "glowing dogs"…China is now catering to those who really want their cat to have wings…

Perhaps the larger question here is….WHY?
These guys are too cute….give ugly animals green feet.

Double tap to the head. Don't become Undead.

Revenant, I loved the links.  I had to wince a bit at the cat wings link though.  Since they use their whiskers as a guide for getting in and out of things, it makes you wonder how this cat will get itself in or out of a situation and not get stuck.  It was an amazing thing to see.  The zebra and the deer were beautiful.  Those were some amazing pictures, including the tapir.

Blinddog, those marmosets are adorable even with green feet!  Now they better not do that with my lemurs!  Stay out of Madagascar!
