Just the other day I was saying "Man, when is someone going to discover a giant 'meat-eating' plant that's capable of eating rats?" Well, today is my lucky day…

Revenant,
What a lucky day for you but I'm a little concerned about your fascination with rats. Those were some amazingly huge pitcher plants. I'm guessing Sir David Attenborough was glad the plant was named after him rather than the blue mushrooms although I'm not sure what he would think about them eating rats.

Never liked rats, never will.
The article peeked my curiosity. I had a Venus Fly Trap once. Named him "Thor" and fed him flies and hamburger meat. A sad day when he died. I haven't had a plant since…
Then again, if I ever get rats in my house, I guess I'll have to take a trip to a plant store.
