That's an astonishing story! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the details.

Basically, it's a way of looking at objects through cloud cover or other obstructions using photons that are connected at a quantum level. I'm surprised that it works, actually.

Just to be clear, though: it doesn't really photograph ghosts, as far as we know. :)
