This was a pretty good episode about the wolf-beast reported in the Northern Midwest. The most significant revelation on the program was that the famous ‘Gable Film’ that supposedly showed the unknown creature was proven to be a hoax.
Also, this is the last episode of MonsterQuest, the series has been cancelled. Overall, I’ve enjoyed the series and will be sorry to see it go. Guess we still have Destination Truth, I just wish they’d stop with all the useless Ghost Hunter crossovers.

Shape shifters. Inter-dimensional traveling werewolves. Who cares.
What 'I' would like to know is how they got a wolf to pee into that water bottle.

Boo Hoo. I had no idea this was the last episode….forever.
I actually enjoyed this show. It did a great job showing that there was no hard physical evidence for these weird creatures like the mothman and others.
The researchers seemed to be open minded and gave it their best shot to prove these "things" to be true. How can it be that a quality show like this one is not liked by the public while trash like Ghost Hunters not only thrive but get spin offs?
Now I know why certain politicians are still in office.

While I won't mourn the show too much due to its annoying tangents, like "The Real Cujo" (title clearly determined by someone who never read Cujo) or alligators in the sewers — things that have nothing to do with cryptids — I will say I liked this episode. Much better than the first ep on werewolves. They went out, did some solid investigations, and debunked a reasonably well-done hoax. A solid episode, all around.
