Ghost Lab is back this fall. I recommended to them to visit the George Eastman House here in Rochester. He was the founder of Kodak and an eccentric gay man in a time when that was unacceptable. He hung himself in the attic and people have heard noises and sounds from upstairs.
Apparently Ghost Lab was spotted in Buffalo in the spring this year (about 45 minutes west of here) and then seen in Syracuse later that week. Any guess where they could have gone. Here is their official announcement on Youtube:
I watched all of their new videos on the Discovery site and there was one of them in Buffalo visiting Niagara Falls. At the end of the video they say they are NOT filming in Buffalo so that negated the funeral parlor visit I thought they would do.
Well ,if they didn't go to the Iron Island Museum, they could have gone to Buffalo Central Terminal.
However, there is also Fort Niagra which is outside of Buffalo. Was there years ago as a kid,and it is supposed to be haunted. Don't know what they are looking for in Syracuse.
The Eastman house sounds interesting, wonder how long the place was supposed to be haunted.
What annoys me most about these guys … OK, it's Bamm
What annoys me second most about them is they try out new equipment and ideas … which would be great if they had a clue what the stuff actually was … BUT they never seem to learn anything from it.
They lit up a Tesla coil and got all excited that it was "energizing" the spirits.
Ghost Labs looks like an up-and-coming show, and I'll try to add it to the review roster if I can either find a timely way to watch it via the Internet or if I can recruit someone to review it for me.
