Welcome lcd123. Yes, we are aware and have seen this before. In May it was discussed by a few on a forum or two and Revenant specifically created a forum thread which addressed the book being published. You may want to go into the GH forum and check it out.
EDIT: I stand corrected by Nosfer. Thanks! (Hannah's going to kill me! )
Nosfer, saw that myself as well. I really am smarter than the average bear.

I think it was actually Hannah

if that's the same one. The link there was to a newswire article, but interesting the link posted above goes to rotorooter itself. There has to be some affiliation or some relationship still, even if just mutual PR.

Didn't some guy win a place on the show as a ghost hunter about three years ago, never to be seen or heard from again?

Didn't they also say they were going to investigate all three finalists places that were showcased during the Holloween episode?

They did pick a winner from the contest, his name was Mark. Got to se him for about 2 minutes on one show. Never to be heard from again. He was better looking than J and probably didn't take his s#!+ so Jason got rid of him.

That's right…he investigated at Fort Delaware during the non-Holloween episode. I think he got lost at one point and wandered into the tunnels :)

Wow, how exciting. You get to be on TV for about 5 minutes, if you are lucky. Wonder if that guy feels cheated. I know I would.

5 minutes? Course, that's only slightly longer than Steve or Tango get to be on TV during a typical half-hour episode :)

He probably saw how it really is, and was like, "You know what? Never mind. I'm just gonna go home. See you around. No, really."

I'll have to pass on the chance to see real showmanship up close. I imagine it might be interesting but I perfer to do my investigating on my own.
