Jason's Twitter: Hey, you can now follow Britt Griffith @britttgriffith

AH, but there is a reason Jason wants us to follow Britt: advertise the Inn, 2King Pub and Restaurant, and the fact that there is major paranormal stuff going on at the Spalding!!!  Oh, and the beds are comfy and they have great food!  Money mouth

A little bit if the "investigation".

Britt's Twitter:

okay, front desk kid just called me and asked if i am walking around the Inn… I think its time to get out of my warm bed and check it out

    Holy Money mouth!Money mouth!Money mouth!Money mouth!Money mouth!Money mouth!

At this point, there is no reasoning with people who are so in love with GH and TAPS members and who hang on their every word while following their every move as if they have been personally blessed by their idols themselves.   Twitter, Facebook and MySpace are all being used as marketing tools to promote themselves to make Money mouth!!  It is sad to think there are so many gullible people out there who, in this economy, will waste their time and money going to the Spalding Inn for the chance to see this.  Maybe Dreamdust got there early and was just checking the place out?  LOL! Tongue out

Am I understanding this correctly?  They have a bunch of GH Fans running around this Inn all night long looking for ghosts, and paying J & G money for the privilege?  *face thinking*

"Quando omni flunkus moritati" ("When all else fails, play dead") – Possum Lodge motto. Jason and Grant should adopt it as their own.

It's also very interesting how they get the money for TAPS members to travel and teach classes in CA and NH thus far.  Britt was just in CA and now back in NH.  Supposedly they take no money for their investigations.  GH wouldn't be paying for it because it's not related to the show.  How many rooms does the Inn comp for all these "investigators" and TAPS staff?

Interesting thought.  They all seem to be in cliques and help promote each others shows, books, events, Inss, or whatever.  All of them have been dear friends for years.

I am guessing that that is paid by TAPS. .. all those T-shirts, caps, coffee mugs, $30 autographs must have left them with a fairly healthy bottom line.  Travel for business purposes is tax-deductible.  And all those frequent flyer miles!

Jason still works on toilets! http://twitpic.com/64qi4  Maybe he dropped his K-2 meter. Wink

Ya think they could spend a few hundred bucks and install permanent IR cameras and illuminators in the hallways, public areas, kitchen and such ?

Consider it all part of hotel security and they might even get their insurance reduced.

Obviously, they would turn them off during their highly profitable ghost hunts – don't want to de-bunk the paying customers.

They could even pipe in into the guest TV system as a form of Pay-per-view channel lineup.

J & G, are supposed to have had a keen interest in the paranormal for about 20 years. Owning their own haunted house(s) allows them to do literally anything they want to come up with final definative, undeniable scientific proof of the existance of these spirits.

Jasons Twitter: Packed house at the Spalding for Britt and Sid's bootcamp. http://yfrog.com/0xpckj

A TAPS event but he seems to be distancing himself from the investigating part of it?  Grant is there also.

Look, I work in IT but I really don't get the whole "twitter" thing.  In general, I don't need to tell people what I am doing every second of my life.  I know people who say "I am now reading" "going to store" "Taking a shower" and I think "So What?!?!"

That being said, do I understand things correctly that he and his group are ghost hunting, and typing as they go?  Even if we were to take their ghost hunting seriously, how could the effectively "Hunt" while doing that???

I've found that being AWESOME is a full time job…

Bobarino,  They were even talking pics up to the point where they were doing GH investigations in PA and VA.  It's pure ego.

Hannah, J&G are only there supposedly to give a "lecture and EVP workshop".  Britt and Syd are there as "instructors".  They divided the long day up into lecture and class.  Later is the ghost hunt.  So, what's wrong with that?  You don't get the first line as instructors, just those next in line.  They are both there but I guess it's too taxing on Jason and Grant to do anything more.  If I was there, for that kind of money and the cost of a room, I'd expect a lot more from Jason & Grant.  The "ghost hunt" doesn't list them but I'm sure they'll be "watching" at the very least. Wink  Interesting though, only the "ghost hunt" is sold out.  The classes and lecture are not.
