Wow, thanks for the great ideas, folks! Yes, perhaps I might fall (um, make that PUSHED by an entity) and then it's off to court we go. Grant having to relate his experience under oath??? How priceless would that be???
It won't be until September or early October but I will be sure to give a blow by blow account that will include a gigantic cold spot in my report. It's so exciting knowing I'm going to see a haunted iceberg.

Nosfer said-
"cited Grant's experience as precedence, showed that the owners were aware of the potential for this, yet still allowed the public in there.
Be worth it just to get Grant in there having to testify under oath!"
Hmmm……….I'm liking this thought process!

Time to hang out a shingle: PARANORMAL INJURY LAWYER. "Have you or someone you know been victimized by paranormal activity? Don't waste another minute! Call the Para-Legals!"

Further to that thought, imagine the litigation one could get into over EMF.

Here's an update on Titanic's salvaged artifacts. Apparently, from papers filed with the court, there are confirmed talks in the works for a possible expedition to the Titanic shipwreck in 2010. RMS Titanic, Inc. was declared "salvor-in-possession" which gives them the right to salvage but not to ownership of the artifacts or the wreck itself. As I previously posted several months ago, four days of hearings are to be held in a Virginia court regarding the company's (RMS) claim for a salvage award and a now competing claim by a British citizen who is planning his own salvage efforts. The story is here.
