GH heads to the Hales Bar Marina and Dam tonight. This is another place that GA has been so we'll see if GH sets the records straight here. They (GA) supposedly had tornadoes to contend with while investigating so GH is going to have to do something to one-up this.

The resort sits on Nickajack Lake in Tennessee and the target of GH's investigation will be a graveyard that was flooded when "the dam broke." This will be GH's first underwater investigation since they chickened out and investigated the Titanic Traveling Tour rather than going to the actual site.

The Hales Bar Dam was built in the early part of the 20th century and had a problem with leaks for years and was replaced by another (aptly named NickaJack Dam) in 1968. A portion of a Cherokee village was upstream of the dam and became submerged by the resulting reservoir. This comes to the bit that I mention above about "the dam broke"

That is taken from the episode description and I wonder if this is a bit of creative license on their part. The old dam did leak at a pretty good rate at times, but as far as I can tell, never actually "broke"

Let's see how well EVPs travel underwater. Let's see how well GH travels underwater.

Okay, I guess we can add GH to the list of groups (along with FoF) whose members are not at all familiar with spiders.  Steve apparently does not know the distinction between insect and arachnid.

That was wondered…never came up with an answer for it, we should be "awash" in ghosts.  I tend to give no credence to any of their statements that start "One of the theories out there is…"

I guess I could have dropped the words following "statements" lol

Jason must have IR vision if he was able to see a shadow in the dark, 40 feet away with no light trained on it.  Man that guy is good!

So much for the taboo on investigating alone…cadets get kicked off GHA for that, but Jason tells Britt to do it.
