Possibly some sort of entertainment venue is investigated judging from the title (either that or an Arby's) Given that they use jokes to try to get to the "spirits" I place my money on the former.
Getting touched and cold spots are the order of the day from the claims. Those types of phenomena work perfectly for GH. I mean, how do you disprove being touched, especially when its Grant? Makes for a nice personal experience that you can tell the client. Supposedly there is a physical change in his arm, but we'll have to see if they show us that or just tell us.
And a cold spot, also a personal experience. If only someone would invent some sort of device that could measure if the air changed temperature. Some sort of meter for testing the thermal condition of the surroundings. I know, it's a long shot…but I think it would greatly help these investigations.
Edit: The Roasts would be because at least part of this episode was at the Friar's Club. Probably looking for the ghost of Foghorn Leghorn? Oh, wrong type of fryer.

The mark on his arm is hard to discredit, completely red like that? Certainly beats the now cliche three scratches on the arm or goosebumps.
I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction though, could it? Maybe they ate dinner just before investigating?
Wishing Steve would have asked "Who's Lucille? and why does she have a ball room?" Cuz he seems a little ignorant about pop culture and Hollywood history.

I was a little creeped out about Jason's camera-in-the-girls-locker room statement. With your daughter there? ewwie. failed attempts at humor.
A few things I noticed:
I immediately thought it was weird when Amy and the other kid were watching the women's locker room and noticed movement, but nameless camera guy only filmed the screen for about 2 seconds. I saw no movement at all. Why so brief with it? Then Steve says they didn't catch anything.
I also thought it was interesting that when Grant gets grabbed on the arm, said arm was lifted into the air, propped up on the arm of the chair. It's almost like they're trying to say 'look, i couldn't have done it to myself, because that arm was nowhere near my other hand!' The position seemed too intentional to me. Maybe because I'm reminded of the moving lamp incident. Placement is everything.

Why use the cell phone? With all the cameras they have present? A cell phone? Makes no sense. Well, yeah, it does make sense….

Hahaha! Stupid ghost can't count to 3.  Or more likely the K2 was just going off "on it's own" again.
