Thanks for the info Hannah.  I've worked in the legal arena, production, and sports and entertainment marketing for over 25 years and NDAs were required and ran in perpetuity.  They encompassed anything that might affect revenue streams and, from the numbers GH is pulling, that may be awhile.  Heaven forbid, we still haven't seen those action figures but since they even acknowledged it was in their thought process, you can be farily certain it won't be too long . . . Money mouth  And, in this troubled economy, none of the cast/crew are going to jeopardize their careers, especially the cast.  J&G also have a lot riding on NDAs because  although they claim to still be "working" plumbers, they've set themselves up with a nice little retirement plan by purchasing the Inn and declaring paranormal events have occured there for the last 70-80 years.  So J&G are covered but the other cast members – not so much unless they have been promised jobs at the front desk, waiter/waitress or maintenance worker at the Inn if the paranormal thing fails.

I tried to find a Ghost Hunter NDA on-line, but failed. Would be very interested to know what J & G have signed.
Maybe we can hope for a disgruntled crew or cast member to write a tell-all after the show ends.

I've worked in five chemical research laboratories in several states over the years.  At each one, I've had to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  All of them were rather wicked in nature.  You know, the old "you'll be held liable for this and jailed for that" kind of thing.  I should have copies of some of them somewhere, if interested, I can post sections of one so you can see what one looks like.  I would only need to look through about 6 boxes of stuff to find it…so it could take a while…  Laughing

In any event, I just can't see anyone openly breaking their NDA.  It's an easy kill for network lawyers.  Besides, the person doing it would destroy their future earning potential.  No one is going to risk real money over Grant having a string on the back of his jacket…
