I've worked in five chemical research laboratories in several states over the years. At each one, I've had to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. All of them were rather wicked in nature. You know, the old "you'll be held liable for this and jailed for that" kind of thing. I should have copies of some of them somewhere, if interested, I can post sections of one so you can see what one looks like. I would only need to look through about 6 boxes of stuff to find it…so it could take a while… 
In any event, I just can't see anyone openly breaking their NDA. It's an easy kill for network lawyers. Besides, the person doing it would destroy their future earning potential. No one is going to risk real money over Grant having a string on the back of his jacket…
