Is this for real?

Heck, my birthday's coming up. Maybe the wife will buy me a K2 meter … ;)

At the bottom of the page, there's a warning which leads to this:

I don't think this is a scam at all. I think it's ghosts just trying to get their ghostly hands on equipment so these paranormal investigation groups will leave them alone.
It's just a theory…

Yup, maybe folks will send all their K-II meters to the scammers. What a blessing that would be!
Sully–wouldn't a gift certificate to that Ghost Mart be nice? Although I doubt you'd be able to get that FLIR who have probably been hoping for.
Just a glance at the tech stuff tells me that the manufacturers are probably laughing all the way to the bank since their equipment has become the "must haves"of the ghost investigation teams that have suddenly sprouted up all over the country. And I see there is now a deluxe version of the K-II. Maybe that's the one were you don't have to insert a coin.

Sully- Happy Birthday in the near future.
Finally had a chance to really look at the website. Since Oubliette is sending you a gift certificate, here's some items to check out:
http://www.ghost-mart.com/product/light1.html
The Farady "Shake Light": "Every paranormal researcher knows that active locations have a tendency to drain the power from batteries. This flashlight eliminates that problem all together." Exactly how these active locations are draining batteries…we're still working on that one. But apparently the way to solve this is to take a camera crew with you because their batteries are always perfectly fine.
http://www.ghost-mart.com/product/emf2.html
The Ghost Meter. "Elevated levels of electromagnetic energy have long been associated with ghosts and hauntings." Well, yeah…never exactly proven by any stretch of the imagination. But yeah, sure.
http://www.ghost-mart.com/product/ir10.html
The Gun Style Thermometer. "Beginning with the Live Halloween Night Investigation in Colorado, you may have noticed TAPS members carrying around a strange looking IR thermometer with something sticking out of the front of the meter. The General Tools Wide Range IR Thermometer is that weird thermometer." Is it weird because of how it looks? Maybe. Is it weird that it comes with an instruction guide that TAPS never bothered to read? Yeah, definitely.
http://www.ghost-mart.com/product/dvr6.html
Digital Voice Recorder. "Playback a pre-selected file at a specific time for reminders or wake-up calls." Or for when the live show is going slow and you need to spice things up. Just like the one Grant used during the last Halloween special.
http://www.ghost-mart.com/misc_ghost_hunting_equipment.html
And lastly, you have your pick here. Personally, I'd go with the Pocket Fisher Telescoping Dowsing/Divining Rods. "These dowsing rods are very sensitive which makes them suitable for both novice and accomplished dowsers." So really, no matter what your dowser level is…you're covered. I have two. One for me and one for my dog for long walks. My dog is actually more "accomplished" at dowsing then I am…
Your other pick…the Military Zipper 1st Aid Kit. Probably the only thing that I would whole-heartedly recommend to any ghost hunter…

Some of the things that they try to use in paranormal investigations just makes me laugh. Wasn't it in GH that they determined a geiger counter might indicate the present of paranormal activity? So when did ghosts become radioactive?
On the issue of the ghost meter, I hate to admit it but I own one of those (I didn't purchase it from Ghost Mart!). I actually found it quite useful to determine whether or not my household appliances and high tech toys were emitting serious electromagnetic fields. It even helped me to locate some issues with my homes electrical infrastructure.
Now this said it's a silly looking little device. My love of high tech toys led me to want to purchase a more expensive digital model but I just couldn't justify spending 100 bucks on something that I wasn't confident of it's value. 20 bucks on Fleabay was a much more tolerable option

Which is, I presume, it's original purpose. None of these devices, except Frank's Box and Moon's Telephone to the Dead, have ever been designated by the manufacturer as ghost hunting devices.

Tell me where I can get one for $20 these days.
May I point out that they are not particularly accurate in their original purpose either.

Learjet… I understand what you are saying! As a general tool for measuring EMF fields, however, is it really all that important if the meter reads 1 milliGauss when it should actually read 1.5? or 0.5? I figure if I really wanted something accurate I'd have invested in a digital EMF meter. Thank the goddess I'm just too cheap to make such an unnecessary investment!

They are much more inaccurate than that.
From http://www.ghost-mart.com/product/emf13_K-II_emf_K2_meter.html
"We then began side by side testing with some of the higher end EMF Meters we offer, the Lutron EMF 822-A, Sper Scientific Digital EMF, AlphaLab TriField Natural, and the General Tools Tri-Axial Datalogging Digital EMF Meter. When used side by side with these high end digital models one thing became very clear. The readings produced by the K-II were simply not consistent. It was in fact very responsive to EMF fluctuations but there was no pattern to the level of the EMF measured by the K-II Meter. Put simply an electromagnetic reading of only 2.5 mG appeared much the same as a reading of >100mG as both levels pegged the K-II and caused all of the LED lights to illuminate.
….With that said why would the K-II Meter marketed as the "Safe Range EMF" measure a small fluctuation of 2.5 mG the same as a 20+ mG fluctuation."

From what I've read that seems to be quite true… the K-II meter isn't exactly an accurate EMF meter. To me it sometimes seems like a handheld box with blinking lights and little more.
With regard to the "Ghost Meter" I'd be curious to see a scientific analysis of it's abilities. I don't suspect that it's highly accurate either. As for an analysis I doubt it'll happen any time soon since I've not yet seen evidence of scientific paranormal research groups using them.
