Curious that they actually went there, since there dosen't seem to be any major claims of activity.
They don't find anything except radio towers pumping lots of emf in the area. ( Isn't that supposed to increase paranormal activity ? )
Note to any TAPS "family"group that might have done advance work on this – the "stars" just made you look really incompetant.
… But they will be back once the towers are down.

This seemed to be one of those "let's show people we haven't sold out yet" series of episodes where they don't find anything. I wonder what (off the camera) the museum told them that they wanted the results to be.

If I hear "sounds good" one more time from these guys….I am going to loose it! Can't they adjust the script a little bit? Why do they always have to re-hash a conversation that they just showed us…WHY!? The segments are so short anyway…why fill it with such redundant crap. Do they think we don't understand what is going on, so they feel the need to repeat things. Ugh! Thank God for Destination Truth…at least we can't predict what Josh and crew are going to say next!

Seemed to me to be another throw away episode. Unfortunate because I was interested in this place but at least I got a chance to see the place from East Coast. I'm guessing since they were in the CO area, they needed to find someplace, anyplace at that point to justify their trip on the Pilgrim/Syfy expense reports. I didn't get the point of this except, as Nosfer said, to possibly show they hadn't sold out yet. Unfortunately, they have to do much better to prove that point.
It does make you wonder when they say we don't see a lot of investigations they actually do film, that the episodes we have seen are the best of the best.

Not only did they attempt to show us that they haven't sold out they also had to tell us that they are skeptics and bring another one of their thousands of close friends who told us the same thing!
I agree with The Doctor in asking why they went there at all, didn't appear to have had a lot of maybe paranormal things happen.

StanTheMan,
They were in CO doing the Stanley event I believe.
As far as their "good friend", I hope everyone noticed the cap their "good friend" was wearing with the Warehouse 13 logo. More Syfy advertising all around and a paycheck for the friend to boot.

Alicat – couldn't they have found a better place to investiagte in the state. Maybe a place with a ghost horse and a few ghost road apples. I'm sure J&G will also show up on his show in the future.

StanTheMan ~ That's certainly a possibility. I shudder at the thought but I'm waiting to see who the next lucky star will be in the next series whatever number that is 6 or 5 1/2 or whatever. It's getting so confusing with these mid-season and season finales. Oddly, we haven't heard anything at all about GH being renewed past this next year. If I remember correctly, didn't we hear something by this time last year about their renewal? Then again, I think Syfy may have sunk the franchise ship all by themselves and without any help at all from J & G (although they weren't the happiest looking campers on the Halloween segments). Goes to show, you just never know.

If I recall correctly, Jason said last year they had been given the go ahead for two more years.

@ The Doctor,
I thought I remembered something like that as well but according to the trades the fifth season was upcoming and the sixth season was the last one ordered. That would make 2 more years.
"Sci Fi Scares Up More 'Ghost Hunters'
Network expands deal with series creators Pilgrim Films
By Alex Weprin — Broadcasting & Cable, 12/18/2008 7:07:00 AM MT
Sci Fi has given a sixth season order to Ghost Hunters, a second season order for Ghost Hunters International and a six episode order for the latest incarnation, Ghost Hunters: New Generation (wt). As part of the deal the production company behind the series, Pilgrim Films will develop an entirely new series for the NBC Universal owned cable channel, with a target debut of 2010."

Right, they locked in 2010 an extra year in advance. I would not expect them to make a deal for 2011 ( if any ) untill this time next year.

I dunno, I never expect every episode to be backed to the brim with paranormal activity but I have noticed over the last few episodes the the luster seems to have faded. Every team evidence review seems to summarize everything with "Well we didn't really catch anything except for allot of personal experiences" and the Reveal seems to go like this "Well unfortunately we were unable to capture anything but we found this paint can over here and this broken pipe over here". If I wanted to see this I would have looked for a episode of "This Old House".

"Well unfortunately we were unable to capture anything but we found this paint can over here and this broken pipe over here".
If that paint can is giving off fumes or that pipe is leaking gas that is causing the people there to hallucinate and see/experience things, I've got NO problem with it. In fact, I'd like to see more of that…actually trying to figure out what is going on and explaining the things that ARE normal.

lol… I think that same thing every time I hear "At one point…"
And "You know what we did. We came in and you told us……"
Also, do you think they "go on tour?" (Rather than fly out and back to R.I.)
Look at the last investigations, and if you map them out, it's east coast, to N. New York/Canada, across to Chicago, into Colorado….
Supposedly there's an investigation they did here in in Peoria in July at the Bartonville Insame Asylum (Nothing to prove that), then next week is back in New England and that should be close to if not the season finale.
Two good things; They actually investigated a house, and their guest star wasn't a pro-wrestler…
I agree, too, that I'm glad they gave this woman advice on the electrical issues in the house, and had an actual electrician come in to determine what those issues were.

Well, we all know it will be inevitable, they will eventually run out of 'The Most Haunted Place in America' locations.
I can see it now with my hypoallergenic, astral rejection, parallel university vision.
GH cruising the Interstates looking for places to investigate.
Ghost Hunters Season 15:
The 'See Rock City' case.
The 'World's Largest Alligator Farm' investigation.
The 'Monkey Jungle' haunting.
Of course a cross network episode with Bill Birnes in Roswell NM. UFO's and alien ghosts, can't miss.
All analysis will be done at their new HQ at South of The Border SC.

Wow, so you have that, too? You're forgetting "The World's Largest Ball of [haunted] String" :)

Nosfer – "there's a theory out there about string ……." or "being exposed to string for too long can cause everything from hallucinations to headaches to ….." and "some people are more sensitive to string than others" or maybe it's a demon pretending to be a spirit pretending to be string. Could the string from Grant's Halloween jacket be from this haunted ball. The possibilities are endless.

Without a doubt, that 'Pedro' guy is totally demonic.
