Given the Sterling case, I particularly liked this one:

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: You've taken over as case manager. As the requests come in, how hard is it to separate out the cases where people may be trying to dupe you from ones that may actually be serious?

A. Amy: We have a pretty rigorous screening process. It's especially difficult for personal cases, but we take them all seriously. Obviously, we can't get to everyone, but we have a great network of TAPS Family groups across the country who we refer cases to on a regular basis.

Also check out the last question.  Anyone here (you know, us long timers) notice all that new energy?

Exciting new equipment? Give me a break.

They ought to take that dog, suspend her in a harness from an RC helicopter and fly her around the haunted sites.

What new equipment?

When are they going to get the ghost box so that I may mock them more.
