GHI is at it's best when they debunk someone else's evidence.

This is one instance where Robb did not even bother with the traditional " This is a great place, we would love to come back again someday"  … Perhaps the image of a rat crawling around on the bartop is just not the kind of publicity they expected ?

Yep, has six buttons and a temp probe at the top. Looks like one of the Mel-8704 meters. (EMF / temperature) I've seen these being used on the show before. ( http://www.pro-measure.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=49 )

I didn't expect them to blow off this episode as not haunted. Rob was pretty convinced the "paranormal detector" caught the ghost as it walked by, yet the meter result didn't make it to the review, or the footage was cut. BTW that thing was set to scale "D" 0.1 – 0.7 mG, the second most sensitive with mains filter off by the looks. At that range any electrical fart would set it off.

Like you say, maybe the rat put them off lol.
