Okay, missed this one the first time.  Zak is having the cameraman show them in a basement and then has him turn off the NV to show just how dark it really is…then asks if the cameraman can see the light from the audio recorder.  That's all you can see.  Just a little light waving around…then a wham and a bonk and a bunch of bleeped out profanity and the cameraman turns the NV on so we can see Zak crouch-hopping on one leg after having bashed his shin against a bench.  Ah, the perils of investigating in the dark!
