"Not A Drop To Drink" – Excited about going to a mill…Zak spits out the tried and true "Water…is said to be a very big conductor of paranormal energy."  Obviously Zak has been watching re-runs of "Ghost Lab (Confused)."  Back when GL first hit the air waves (well…or cables…), I tried to track down that theory.  Just a bunch of "water can conduct an electric current…and ghosts are EMF and EMF has "electro" in it…so, you know…it makes sense."  Fantastic.  From that scientific gem you get more into the "water is our life-force."  Yes, hard to argue with that.  My favorite one (which I can't find the link) went on about how people drown in water and the water stores their energy so…you know, it's haunted and spooky.  The moral of the story?  Kids…just stay in school.

And really, you guys covered the rest.  I didn't find anything intriguing about the investigation.  The Ovilus…Confused

This may be kinda anal, I wish more people realized that water, as in pure H2O, is actually not a conductor of electricity, unless it is a suspension of mineral content or salts/electrolytes. It's only the impurities that make water conductive.  But I wouldn't expect Zak and crew to be aware of that.

It also sounds like he's tapping (ha, pun!) into an element of  homeopathic territory here, which IMO, is the most ridicluous of all metaphysical propositiions. I'm willing to believe in quite a bit, I'm positive there's much to the nature of reality of which we're not yet (fully)aware -BUT- the more you dilute something, well..  the more you dilute it, not make it stronger. But I'm disgressing a bit here.

That is true, but it is usually not "pure" water that they are encountering in any of these situations.
