I don't want to bias anyone, but if one takes a look at the picture, a few things become evident. Although (as usual) there is no EXIF data for the picture, the first thing that is evident is that it was taken in a rather low light (photographically speaking) situation. Thus we are looking at a slower shutter speed which is a condition that lends itself nicely to blurs from motion. Blurs that can appear to be somewhat transparent. The blogger stresses that he did not use a flash (I guess to avoid any accusations that this was a reflection etc) By not using a flash, and shooting in these conditions, a very slow shutter would be used to compensate.
Next, one can see a rather well defined wrist, along with skin folds/creases, and what appears to be a sleeve. The upper portion of the ghost looks remarkably similar in shape to a hand. I would surmise that this is a photo of a group of people in which the photographer quickly raised (or lowered) his left hand while taking the picture. Motion plus slow shutter speed equals nice transparent-like ghost.

The fact that the rest of the picture is blurry is also a dead give away that it possibly NOT be paranormal. If everyone else in the photo was crystal clear, then he may have "some" credence as to paranormal, but nothing is sharp in this photo. He even says that most of the shots…. "or just plain blurry". Think this one should have been on his "just plain blurry" list.

What I find more interesting is the first lady on the left, appears to have someone in a head lock, and an older lady on the right appears to have a light come from behind her to infront of her. I'm not thinking the light is paranormal in anyway, just trying to figure out what would cause that kind of curved light.

Not sure what you mean by the headlock. She is simply sitting there with her hands up and back on the sides of her neck so that her jaws rest in the cradle they make.
The older lady on the right is sitting such that she appears to be in front of part of an exposed window in the room behind her. The light is coming in through it and reflecting off someone or something sitting in front of her to her right. Very similar to the light at the left side of the person on the absolute far right closest to the cameraman.

I was referring to the one infront of her. She is holding a white cup with her other arm down. There is an arm coming across infront of her and it looks like someone is ducking down behind her.
