An old hotel that denies it's haunted, despite what the guests say.
If this catches on, J & G could be put back to service teching.

Is that the color scheme in that hotel? Seriously? No wonder people can't sleep at night. The neon green shines through their eyelids.

"Quando omni flunkus moritati" ("When all else fails, play dead") – Possum Lodge motto. Jason and Grant should adopt it as their own.

I actually wonder about it being "haunted". When I looked up customer reviews, there were no reports of any "ghosts". Then I found this: "Rumor has it that Charles Pfister's ghost, described as "portly, older, smiling and well-dressed," hangs out on the 9th floor and has been spotted surveying the lobby from the grand staircase. In fact, when L.A. Dodger 3rd baseman Andre Beltre stayed here while playing the Brewers, he told Sports Illustrated his room was so haunted, he only got two hours of sleep over three nights. First, he heard knocking in the hallway and on his door. Then his TV kept turning off. So did his air conditioning. Finally, he started hearing pounding noises from behind his headboard. Former Dodger Devon White had another explanation: "We tell them (visiting teams) at the Pfister there's real ghosts. It seems a lot of Latino players — they believe in those things. They tend to not get any sleep." You can read the rest of the review here: http://www.epinions.com/review/lodg-Accommodations-North_America-All-epi1809/content_43738631812
And heres a funny article about Andre Beltre and the "haunting" "Dont Take Adrian Beltre to a Haunted House–Because the guy will probably go running out of it like a five year-old girl, that is, if he's not sleeping his way through it. Via Inside the Dodgers, I was informed that Adrian Beltre once complained about a hotel in Milwaukee being haunted. And no, I'm not joking. Yes, a grown man was worried about his hotel room being spooked." You can read the rest here: http://mlb.fanhouse.com/2007/05/09/dont-take-adrian-beltre-to-a-haunted-house/
And thats not the only hotel the baseball players think is haunted. "Remember how we told you that Adrian Beltre thinks the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is haunted? Well, I'm guessing he's not a fan of The Vinoy, a St. Petersburg hotel that visiting teams often frequent when playing the Devil Rays." Read more here: http://mlb.fanhouse.com/2007/05/21/devil-rays-may-have-haunted-home-field-advantage/ Heres more about the Vinoy from the book "Haunted Baseball" http://hauntedbaseball.com/preview.html

Ah yes, little kitty in the blanket, we all know that the Vinoy is haunted because GH went there.
Case closed, fist bump.
I was just trying to infer that here was a hotel manager that was not trying to make a buck off his hotel havin' spooks-a-plenty.
Maybe he doesn't want the type of people that GH may attract staying at his hotel.
Quite refreshing actually.

My favorite line in this story is "The general manger said there has been "no sign of any spirits.". I think there is a very good reason. I think the "spirits" are in a large bottle or two of Jack Daniels. I'd have to have drink or two or three or four to sleep in a neon room that looks like that! Ugh!

Very refreshing. They are a "first-class" hotel, and do not want a bunch of people in TAPS T-shirts and caps running around with K-2 meters.
