A paranormal convention will be in Charlotte on Nov.6-8.
That's not so much of the problem, I live less than a mile from the convention site.
The problem is that these guys are coming to my house. Well, actually the ex's place of abode. Formerly mine.

Suppose to do two investigations that night in Concord NC. Steve does one and Tango does the other, don't know who'll we'll get yet.
They are to arrive around 9:30 that evening.
Waivers are to be signed next week.
I'll set back with my Firefly and tea and enjoy the happenings.
Maybe set in my Jeep also, got several ham radios installed.
Turn on a few of the amps and I'll have everybody jumpin' with their KII's.

If it's only Steve and Tango, they don't use K-II's. The EMF meters they use have a cutoff of about 800 Hertz max so the radios won't affect them. Unless J & G will be along also?

Just Steve and Tango are going to be at this convention.
They are going to speak from 1:30 to 2:45 Sat. afternoon.
Figure it will consist mostly of Steve mumbling and saying "Good catch Tango".
There's a strip club a few doors down so some time may be killed there before the investigation.

Nos, "Why rubber".
Think I can find a supply of frisky critters somewhere.
This place was built in the 40's.
It was a combination of gambling hall, brothel, bootleggers, you name it.
There were several shootings there over the years.
We have found a few guns stuck in tree trunks and under stones over the years.
The County sheriff shut it down in the mid 60's and we bought it in 1970.
There were several bullet holes in the ceiling and blood stains in the concrete floor.
However, all the years that I had it (pre-1993 divorce) I never saw or heard anything that I would consider spooky.
None of these things they say are happening now started until my ex's dad passed away in '95.
Hmmm,
Oh, and the Chicago mob used to meet there as they were passing through town.

Oh I just figured the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Arachnids) might get all over you if you start flinging live spiders that far lol
Another option would be to find a giant spider suit and just happen to run by when they are getting out of the van…you might be able to "precipitate" an event that would ever after be referred to as "The Great Deluge"

BD,
I have a few large jumping ones that keep trying to get in my kitchen door from the back porch this past week that I'd be glad to send you. Only problem is my getting them in the self sealing manilla bubble pak envelopes by themselves to mail to you. Personally, I would have no problem with Nosfer's SPCA coming to my house because there are a few that have met an untimely end (one in the house) for their heroics so I would suggest jumping right on it.
