I watched a few of these. And beyond the Haunted Forrest episode (a forest on Mount Fuji in Japan), the ghost-hunting has really brought the show down. Go after a "thunderbird" or the "Alux" and you come away with very little. Chase after ghosts and you get tons of evidence. Shouldn't that jump out at you? Shouldn't you start questioning the methods in which you are obtaining that ghostly evidence?
Then again…"ghosts" are hot and it's pretty easy to get evidence, so…it's good for the show, good for ratings, and puts more money in their pockets. Funny how the "truth" gets a bit blurry when money is involved isn't it?
In any event…I went to the official DT site and came away with two observations:

First, never let it be said that I don't like pretty things. I like the DT map. Sure, it's simple, but I like it anyway. It's also a good way to reference particular shows.
The second thing…scroll down a bit and look for row named "What's New." The first box is titled "Creature Guide: The Moa." The description…"Look up- it's a bird that looks like a plane in New Zealand."
Hmmm…the Moa is a very large flightless bird. In other words, it doesn't have wings. Sooooo…why does it look like a plane? And why would I have to "look up" to see a flightless bird? You know…just sayin'…
