GH: Orleans Inn
The Orleans Inn located in Cape Cod dates back to the late 19th century. Originally a family home, the building was later turned into a bar and restaurant and became a favorite haunt of the Irish mob during prohibition in the early 20th century. As is often the case, the reports of strange activity seem to have begun (or at least picked up) during renovations to the property in 1996. Reports include objects moving right in front of people's eyes, like doors closing and glasses sliding off tables. Some apparitions have been reported as well, possibly in connection to a suicide on the property.

GH: NJ Bar & Grill
This modern bar and grill exists in a structure that dates back to the 19th century. Employees and customers have reported objects being moved, disembodied voices, and shadows moving where none should. At least one murder is known to have taken place right on the premises. Steve Gonsalves and Dave Tango were filming Ghost Hunters Academy during this investigation so the TAPS team is a bit short-handed but Kris Williams assures Jay & Grant that it's not too big a place and they will be able to handle it easily.

Upon moving into their dream house, a Massachusetts couple discovered what they believed to be some paranormal residents who didn't show any signs on moving out. They didn't mind sharing their home at first though, because the activity seemed playful. After a while though, it took a more serious turn and they called in TAPS. From the husband's report of the full body apparition of a little girl running through the living room, an unruly spirit getting physical with the wife, and an unseen presence punching their son-in-law in the stomach. Could this be a demonic presence that took advantage of the family's early good will? I'm going to go with "no" but TAPS are the real experts so let's see what they have to say.

GH: Preston Castle
TAPS headed out to the west coast for a visit to Preston Castle, a former reform school for boys in northern California. Amy is from the area and one of her relatives was apparently a "guest" of this juvenile detention facility back in the 1950's. The facility was closed decades ago and sat in disuse and disrepair until just a few years ago when efforts began to restore it. Reports of childlike voices and misty apparitions have increased since the renovation began.

GH: Southern Mansion
Tango's dad joins the team to investigate the Southern Mansion in Cape May, New Jersey. The home was originally built by a man named George Allen in 1863 for use as a summer home and stayed in the family for nearly a century afterward. It was renovated in 1994 to have a number of rooms added to the structure and is currently an Inn. I wonder if they will find any ghosts, thus increasing interest in this little known Inn and expanding their customer base? No matter, that sort of thing is of secondary importance to the always-unbiased and scientific TAPS team. Just keep in mind that the most reports of paranormal activity take place when people rent the entire Inn out for weddings and parties.

GH: Stephen Crane House
The erstwhile home of the famous author, Stephen Crane, is reported to be beset with various spirits. The house is a four-story structure and one of the oldest homes in Asbury Park. Claims include sightings of people in period clothing who vanish into thin air, objects being moved while people are in the room, disembodied voices and sudden drops in room temperature. If only Jay & Grant had the big budget to afford equipment that could accurately measure temperature. Until the money comes rolling in they'll just be forced to touch things and tell us how interesting their temperatures are.

The TAPS team heads to Atlantic City to visit the third tallest lighthouse in the U.S. and "The Graveyard Inlet". In addition to the many deadly ship wrecks in the nearby inlet, there have allegedly been seven deaths on the light house property itself. I've given up expecting them to drop the phony 'we were just working on some local's plumbing and happened to have a camera crew with us when Kris called' bits but now I'm starting to develop a curiosity why they keep introducing Britt and thanking him for coming along when for all intents and purposes it seems he's become a new permanent member.
