GA: Linda Vista Hospital
If you had asked me in 2004, before the paranormal TV craze reached its current heights, if a popular television show would involve detailed descriptions of dust flying on-screen… well, first, I'd probably wonder who you were and what you were doing in my house. Then I would have replied that such a television show would be a sign of the end of civilization, and I would have mocked you openly. (I'm terribly sorry for my hypothetical bad manners.) "Who," I would have asked, "would listen to someone narrating the actions of a dust speck?"

GA: Washoe Club/Chollar Mine
by Stephen
(For various reasons this episode took me hours to sit through. Apologies that it took so long!)
Apparently, ever since Zak and Co. visited the Washoe Club in Virginia City, Nevada, the ghosts there have been calling for them to return. Virginia City is a small town off Nevada's beaten track. It's primarily a tourist town and looks vaguely like the set of Bonanza– or vice versa. This would be some pretty impressive evidence if the EVPs were collected by people who had no connection with the GAs, so a skeptic like me is convinced now, right?

GA: Remington Arms

Due to popular demand, I'm going to be posting reviews of Ghost Adventures episodes here on the blog. (There will usually be a reaction/discussion thread on the Ghost Adventures forum section, so check there as well. I'll be posting links to those as well, like this one.)

GA: Idaho State Prison
by Harry
Last night was the "season finale" of Ghost Adventures, but it felt more like the "season suicide." At times, it was like watching an Ed Wood classic like Plan 9 From Outer Space; my jaw literally dropped at what I was seeing (or hearing). I think even the cast of Paranormal State would laugh at how ridiculous this episode of GA was.

GA: Old Idaho Penitentiary – Preview
If you thought it was exciting when the Ghost Adventures team went to Scotland to see a Teddy Bear, just wait until they travel to Idaho to see a Prison! Well, at least it promises to be spooky — plus you don't really have to "wait" that long, just until Friday. Here it is, the preview of this week's Ghooooost Adventuuuuuuures!

GA: The Edinburgh Vaults
by Harry
Hey, what's the point of having a ghost chasing show on the Travel Channel if, ya know, you never travel to a cool place? Zak, Nick, and Aaron apparently figured that out, and convinced the powers-that-be at the Travel Channel to send them to Scotland to investigate the well known Edinburgh Vaults, a series of tunnels and adjoining rooms found under the city. I say "well known" because the Vaults have been explored on the Most Haunted series and a Google search will return a truckload of links about them. This link is a good orientation to the Vaults' history:

GA: EdinBurgh Vaults – Preview
I didn't realize there was a new episode this week — everyone else seems to be skipping this week's programming but apparently Ghost Adventures is willing to put their ratings on the line during a holiday-week. Even more interesting, apparently their producers decided to shell out the money for them to go overseas to film in Scotland! And then (did I mention?) air it the Friday after a mid-week holiday!
