Announcement: Tweeting from TAM this weekend
Starting Friday night, I'll be at The Amazing Meeting 7, a huge gaggle of over a thousand skeptics out in Las Vegas.
This is kind of last-minute, so I'm not sure how many interviews I'll be able to schedule, but I'll try to interview people for the podcast. Plus, I'll be wearing my Skeptical Viewer T-shirts and handing out business cards.
Finally, I'll be on Twitter all weekend on this dedicated account:
http://twitter.com/stephenskepv
so feel free to follow me.

They are running a live feed through: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/jref-office
Stephen, I hope you are having a great time!

Connie Sonne has applied for the Challenge with the claim that she is able to dowse for certain numbers when they are written on one side of a piece of cardboard and the other side is blank, and the cardboard is shuffled and placed on a table numbers-down.
Connie Sonne will be participating in a Live Challenge Test at TAM 7. July 12,
Stephen if you make to the live challenge can you write a review. Thanks
Stephen @ 9:24 am
I'll definitely be there and write a review.

Stephen,
Any chance of running into Penn and Teller? Curious as to their take on doing a more extensive run at debunking GH.
Revenant @ 3:50 pm
For a second there, I actually considered joining Twitter just to see what it was all about and to catch you at TAM. But, I just couldn't pull that trigger. I get my fill from the "Grant Is On Twitter" thread.
Anyway, I had a question about Grant Wilson following you. Since I do not know how Twitter works exactly, did he have to manually add you or is that some automatic type of thing as in you added him so he in turn added you?
And just curious, as you are passing out your cards and wearing your SV t-shirt (of which I cannot see the image you "tweeted" about on Twitter), has anyone mentioned that they either know of the website or frequent it?

Here's a link to the feed that's working better http://www.randi.org/site/
I'm watching the million dollar challenge right now- (3:50 central time Sunday)
Stephen @ 1:21 am
I'll write up a review of the Million Dollar Challenge (and other bits of skeptical fun, mostly on the order of "And then I met… and he was cool! And then I met… and she was cool too!") over the next couple of days.
The only person that had heard of Skeptical Viewer was Brian Dunning of Skeptoid. (Since we interviewed him for the podcast he had no choice.)
Hello to anyone coming here from a card I handed out over the weekend!
Stephen @ 12:38 am
Didn't exactly write a review, but recorded one as the next Skeptical Viewer podcast. Editing and will post it sometime around Wednesday.
Oubliette @ 1:14 pm
Oh how I wish I could have gone! Lucky, lucky Stephan. WAAAAAA!
P.S. Is Randi doing OK? He hadn't made a YouTube video in a while and he used to do them about once a week. But now I think he was probably preparing for TAM. Knowing he was hospitalized in the past with a heart problem always makes me worry when he doesn't post something for a while.
Stephen @ 1:20 pm
I met Randi, who was very gracious. His heart is fine, but he's been having some other health problems. See his opening address for his description of them:

I wish him improved health in the future!
